About five hours ago -- we presume post-Fallon taping -- Questo tweeted that he was locked down in the studio "trying a dilla move in which he takes a horrible album & tries to make a miracle."
The album? From 1985, Living The Book Of My Life by Philip Michael Thomas, aka Tubbs.
Time spent from conception to execution: we're guessing about two and a half hours, not including the time he spent Twittering updates on his progress . . . or the time he spent editing/uploading the video of the recording process to YouTube.
All we can say is that when we saw that Tweet, we didn't expect to have full documentation -- not just video but a zshare link to a finished track -- before our heads hit the pillow.
The internets amaze us again.
