SHARE WATERTOWN HOUSE Available Dec 1, I'm looking for one responsible roommate to share a brick and wood duplex house (3 people total) on a quiet street in Watertown near the Belmont and Waltham line. Shared off-street driveway parking. About a mile to Watertown Square or Waverly Square Belmont. One block to bus to Central Square. From Watertown Square buses to Cambridge, downtown and other towns. 1 mile to Waverly Square Belmont with bus to Harvard Square and Commuter Rail to North Station and Northern Suburbs. Present roommates are two male professionals (ages: 20's and 40's) in the tech industry. Roommate MUST BE A COMPLETELY NON-SMOKER. The house has a small landscaped front yard and a small back yard with gas grill. No pets allowed. Large renovated kitchen, with dishwasher and disposal. Large Living Room. Basement has limited storage and a clothes washer and gas clothes dryer. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. The vacant room is 11'x 13' with two windows on adjacent walls and a double sliding door closet. Room is hard wired for high speed cable modem internet service and there is high powered high speed wireless throughout the house. Gas Heat and Electricity per person varies approximately between $50 (summer) and $120 (jan or feb winter) depending on the time of year and air conditioner usage. Internet and cable runs between $15-$34 per person (higher if you want HD and DVR). Room is wired for cable, HD and DVR are used by present roommate. Rent is $500/month plus utilities.
